Looking to line up a Jamaica Cook with own drum pan who can grill chicken, jerk pork, steam/escoviche fish, etc on Sunday August 22nd. Gig should run from around 1pm to 6pm. Ideally, you should be running your own drum pan business or had done so in the past or is currently working for a restaurant. All meats will be provided. You must have references or be able to let me see you in action if you currently working. You must also have proof of COVID vaccination.
