Floor/Captain manager needed in NYC with comparable experience and an enthusiastic attitude. To be considered for this role the ideal candidate should have the ability to plan, organize, lead staff and control the floor efficiently. Must use interpersonal skills adequately to communicate respectfully but firmly to maintain company policies and protocols. Role will involve interacting with guests and leading employees. Ambition to deliver a superior guest experience is a must. Experience/ Qualifications: -10 years+ experience managing teams -Venue management experience a plus -Strong, but pleasant voice in order to handle difficult situations respectfully and adequately -Great Customer service attitude -Ability to staff and organize floor efficiently -Fast problem solver -Ability to work in a fast pace environment efficiently - Catering experience Full time position.
