You were sitting on the tailgate of your white gmc single cab pick up truck with a topper. You were wearing all black and had a puppy/small dog in your hands.
This was on Gandy,on the hillsborough side. I was fishing and saw your walking to the trash can. I think u got jump started then left and came back. Anyway maybe there's no shot of you ever seeing this but here's to a small chance. I'd like to say hi and maybe chat for a bit?
