We're looking for a licensed and insured contractor. The work is on a 4 Plex in downtown Salem. Specifically, there's: A porch support around rail abd some top boards that need replaced and repainted. B. There's many areas of siding that have pulled away abd need recaulked and repainted. C. Windows all need resealed well with silicone. We do rentals and are looking for professionals who take pride in their work and there business. Please call or email.
