Florida's fastest growing food service distributor is interviewing for the positions of full-time Butter Production at our processing facility in the St. Cloud, FL area. 1st & 2nd shifts available. Duties/Responsibilities - Production line work including process, press & pack butter products to order schedule specifications either by hand or using various machineries - Check & ensure that mold type, butter type & pressing machine is correct per order item & schedule - Identify various product forms by sight and pack each product according to specifications (type of product, boxes, labels, etc.) - Document & record each batch completion correctly - Able to meet minimum production requirements - Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements - Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required or directed by management. - Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
