I'm looking for a company that can help me maintain my property. Pressure washing, cleaning up the lawn, pulling weeds, laying mulch, planting plants/shrubs, sweeping/blowing, etc. The job includes keeping the lakeshore cleaned up, including pulling weeds and trimming along the lake shore. So getting a little wet is part of the job. Also, if the company can do lawn mowing, edging, and blowing, then we can add that too, and they can replace my current lawn service. Please note - this is not a one-time job. I'm looking for a company that can come on a regular, ongoing basis - multiple times a month. I'm looking to establish a long-term relationship. The pay would be an hourly rate or a set amount each month, similar to a lawn service company.
