For 50 years, Ward’s Landscape Service, Inc. has provided the Erie area with high quality, professional landscape maintenance and construction services. We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable Expert Mowing Crew Member who can readily maintain our customers’ expected quality and timing. All Candidates Must Have: • Valid driver’s license • Minimum two years experience in Commercial and Residential mowing • Proficiency using Zero-Turn Walk Behind mowers, push mowers, trimmers, etc The Ideal Candidate Will: • Consistently arrive on time and prepared to work until the job is complete • Maintain professional appearance and attitude • Communicate well with clients, coworkers and management • Track job times and materials used • Inspect and account for all equipment used on job • Be familiar with proper use of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) • Work effectively in inclement weather • Ask questions when unclear of process or assignment • Be willing to learn new skills and methods • Always make safety and quality paramount • Maintain safe and neat jobsites, trucks, trailers and equipment Compensation(based upon skills and experience): $12 - $16/Hr Great benefits package available Apply in person: Be prepared to interview on the spot if the owner is available Immediate opening available Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at: Ward’s Landscape Service, Inc. 7860 Lake Pleasant Road Erie, PA 16509
