Buscando activamente un trabajador con un horario flexible que sea capaz de manejar el mantenimiento diario de un resturante muy ocupado en west LA. El puesto requiere transporte confiable, preferente con una camioneta, conocimientos generales de plomería, electricidad y carpintería y un conjunto de herramientas propias. Necesitamos a alguien que pueda trabajar 3 días a la semana, pero que tenga más días para ofrecer ya que estamos creciendo y tenemos muchos proyectos de mejora, así como mantenimiento general. Para tener éxito en esta posición, debe ser un solucionador de problemas, dispuesto a tomar dirección, eficiente y que puede mantener organizada su lista de tareas y su horario. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Actively looking for a tradesman with a flexible schedule that is capable of handling the day to day maintenance of a busy west side restaurant. The position requires reliable transpiration (preferably a truck), general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and a set of your own tools. We are in need of someone who can work 3 days a week but may have more days to offer as we are growing and have many improvement projects as well as general maintenance. To be successful in this position, you must be a natural problem solver, willing to take direction, efficient, and able to keep your task list and schedule organized.
