Janitor / Day Porter wanted for early morning work at Poolside patios and restrooms, with general cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and washing down the patios for two poolside areas, next to each other, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the Summer months, and one time a week, during the winter months. Work includes emptying the trash, and removing from property, cleaning four restrooms each time, disinfecting the fixtures and dispensers, plus re-filling the dispensers, washing down the poolside patio areas including the washing off of the lounge furniture, wiping off the tops of the tables, and cleaning the BBQ's. This job takes 3.5 hours to complete each time.
