Found Yellow male tabby Cat

Yellow male Tabby keeps hanging around our house. Showed up early this morning, seems hungry, and really wants attention and to come inside. Seems very good natured, there is something like a bell the on his collar, but no identification. Thought Id post this before I call animal control later today. We live on North Tremont Drive, and he has been cruising the neighborhood.
