Found German Shepard mix. Very nice but no tags. Taking to vet to see if she has a chip. Fingers crossed she does, we know someone will be looking for her. Found close to Klamath County Jail and United Evangelical Church Herald and News off Beverly Dr. and Bisbee St. very nice dog, she had owls on her collar but no tags. She appeared around 730-8 on 4 of July, really scared and confused.
