2 parakeets needing rehoming

I need to rehome my 2 parakeets. They are good birds, but still don't care too much for human interaction. I'm sure woth an experienced owner they could be hand tamed in no time at all. Their wings are not clipped and they love to stretch them out and fly around but unfortunately this gives my dog extreme anxiety and he often tries to chase them. I had hoped he would get used to them eventually but its been a few months now and every little sound they make keeps him on edge. I dont think its fair to keep them caged all the time nor is it fair to continue to stress my dog out either. I think they could be so much happier in a home with an experienced bird owner with either no other pets or at least ones that are already comfortable around birds. They will come with their cage, all their toys, and whatever is left of their food and treats.
