Contractor to build lookout tower

Looking to build basic lookout tower in Concord area. Height will be 20-30 feet. Need estimates for basic platform and with a cab(living quarters). Looking for someone licensed, bonded, insured, and be able to pull permits. I work on the property so can be pretty flexible with visits.
