ABOUT ELYSSA MONET Elyssa Monet, is a registered yoga teacher based in Denver, as well as the founder of The Urban Yogi Society — a wellness platform with a mission to make yoga and wellness more accessible to BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. This New York Native found her yoga practice in 2015, while coping with loss, stress and trauma.
