Bunk+Brew is seeking applicants for our "Facilities Manager" position at the Historic Lucas House in Bend, Oregon.
Bunk+Brew is a community lodging experience where adventure-seeking travelers and locals connect over food, beer, and events.
You will be invited to our monthly staff outings and weekly community activities including music, karaoke, trivia, etc.
The Bunk+Brew Crew includes a general manager, team manager, bar manager, facilities manager, 8 staff, and 2-3 bartenders.
You will report directly to the General Manager and your primary responsibility will be to maintain the property.
You will fulfill manager and staff property maintenance and repair requests. You will determine whether requests are best fulfilled internally or externally, and if externally, you will pursue contractors, evaluate bids, and make recommendations.
You will maintain company and property standards, monitor and enforce property rules, and ensure the safety and security of guests and customers.
You will be expected to be professional, respectful, responsible, honest, timely, organized, and thorough.
You will work up to 40 hours per week. You will be paid $14 per hour, and after a three-month performance review, $15 per hour.
You will receive a beer every shift and discounts on the food carts and beer truck.
