Outside/indoor kitten

Anyone looking for an outside kitten!? I'm not sure if it is a male or female. I got it a couple months ago. The guy told me it was a female but my daughter's boyfriend said it's a male. It is probably about 5-6 months old not fixed and no shots. It likes to be outside and come in at night. My issue is it won't stay inside and it keeps running to my neighbors and they are complaining it's beating up their dogs. It gets along great with my black lab mix. I just want it to have time outside where it can run. Thanks
