In this lunch and learn class Chef will demonstrate how to make a delicious Drunken Bruschetta & Sausage Pasta all while you enjoy a delicious lunch of mixed green salad topped with some of our Olivelle house made dressing. You will also enjoy a serving of the pasta. Cost for this lunch is $25 per person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. What to Expect:
The lunch and learn classes last approximately one hour. You will be served a delicious mixed green salad with house made dressing while the Chef demonstrates how to create the spaghetti squash ratatouille all while giving you tips and suggestions on using flavored oils and vinegars in your cooking. You will enjoy a serving of the pasta at the end of the class. Chef Craig is the culinary director here at The Cook's Station. You will find him downstairs at the café most days or teaching cooking classes in the evenings.
