Description
Some horrible person left a starving barely alive 1 yr old beagle on the side of 7600 block of S. Anthony Blvd.
This person may be starving more animals keeping them caged. This person is a very sick individual.
The dog was kept in the gage with no food or water. Please come together as a community and STOP this horrible animal abuse. Any info please reply to this email or call immediately.
