Cleaning Embedded Chemical Stain from Toilet

I need an embedded DIY hair coloring stain removed from my toilet. I have attached photos of the toilet so you can see it. This will be going through insurance, so I will need an estimate on letterhead emailed to me first. This is a nasty, embedded chemical stain that I have tried various cleaners on and am unable to remove. I am expecting this to cost $600 - $800 OBO.
