wanted tame parakeet

We are looking for a tame male parakeet, preferably one that is at least a year old as a pet for us, but also as a companion to our 3 year old male parakeet. Would also consider a female, but one who is not a breeder. We want a bird who has full flight and has been hand tamed and is not afraid of people. Our birds have a nice big flight cage and lots of free flight time and a good diet. Will be happy to pay an adoption fee for the right bird. Please call so we can have a discussion.
