At around 4:30 PM 7/4 the dog was running down Mission Street towards the Excelsior crossing Highland. I think it’s a female. I tried to capture her because she’s clearly lost. I called Animal Care and they can’t find her and I couldn’t keep up with her. If she’s your dog she needs help because it’s Fourth of July and she almost got hit in the daytime by a bus it’s about to be worse at night. She looks like a golden retriever / lab or Irish setter mix, full grown and very very skinny with a blue collar. Also if anybody sees this dog please try & grab her & I’ll come get her & foster til the owner does. From what I can tell she’s not vicious - just very hungry and very scared.
