The Mayor of that shithole city doesn’t seem to care or want to change the way life is for these People. Why don’t We hasten the process of eliminating the problem by giving out bullets, just like they supply needles for the addicts. What else can be done ? It seems like Lightfoot doesn’t see it as a big deal. Nobody is going to visit. Who would want to besides a suicidal person?
