Join in a fun informal virtual cooking session to create a simple delicious meal - Indian curry with turmeric basmati rice and chilled cucumber raita.
Virtual Class will include:
- Short presentation on the nuances of Indian curry and its many versions and differences.
- Demo-style cooking of classic 5-step Indian chicken curry (vegetarian/vegan version available).
- Demo-style cooking of steamed stove-top cooked Turmeric Basmati Rice.
- Demo-style assembly of chilled Cucumber Raita (an Indian yogurt salad)
- Serving presentation and other ideas for the curry.
- Live Q&A
- All recipes will be sent prior to the class. It's best to print them out and make notes, ask questions along the way.
