JOPPATOWNE, MD — At least one person is trapped and multiple ambulances have been called to handle a crash on Pulaski Highway Sunday night, officials say. After 11 p.m., authorities reported crews were responding to a crash involving several victims in the 12400 block of Pulaski Highway, including two adults and three children.
