Previous trade-work with tool & chainsaw experience preferred. * We are looking for a few candidates to join our experienced team working on log homes. * We perform full-service restoration (sanding, staining, clear-coating, painting, chinking, and caulking) on new-construction, maintenance-level, and old-style log home projects. * Our work takes us all over California, often in beautiful locations, communities, and properties * Applying candidates must have a great work ethic, ability to follow instructions, and be a team player. Other requirements include: * Must own reliable transportation. * Able to work at heights up to 35’ and lift 50 or more pounds. * Work longer days when needed, and some Saturdays when necessary. * Own a pair of work boots. * Professional appearance, with pants worn at waist. * Own a smartphone. * Eye for detail, and have pride in your work. * Live in the Central California Area. * Pass a background check. * Be able to work overtime (pays time and a half). PRIOR PAINTING/CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE is a huge benefit that will pay more with references from prior construction and/or painting companies.
