Bear is a 8 year old Male German Shepherd and Chow Mix. He is a registered Service Dog. Was most likely stolen off his leash in front of our place this morning July 4th by one of 3 homeless couple's around the Sandhills walmart. Also a Older white lady named Marty Cole who drives a white mini and lives at 517 Arcola Dr Columbia Sc.. Police report has been filed with the Richland County Sheriff Dept you can contact them at to report any information.
