Looking for commercial cleaning crew to clean up a loft space after demo, hardwood floors and dry wall installed.
1800 sf open concept space.
1 bathroom, kitchen, 2 floors.
The unit has open ceiling with truss and all of that will need to be vacuumed.
Will require a high ladder.
Expected clean up date July 8-9 pending construction completion.
