Looking for land to rent

Looking for some land to rent in/near Brattleboro for at least one year starting Sept 1st or earlier. Ideally, it would be a semi-cleared level lot near a water source. The land would be used to park an RV/Airstream for off the grid living (using solar panels, a composting toilet etc.). This would be for a tenant who has a good rental history, secure employment within the Five Colleges, so rent will be paid diligently. Tenants would treat the land with respect, and be nice neighbors. Any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated for land for rent in the Brattleboro/West Brattleboro area with easy access to I91. Thank you for reading this message.
