Work Hours: This is a full-time position, working 6 days a week. Monday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Job Responsibilities: Test drive cars and set cars safely on the car racks. Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose and estimate the cost of repairs and maintenance. Remove wheels, flip calipers, inspect brake systems, and measure rotors. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency while following company standards and guidelines. Follow safety rules and regulations. Communicate directly with the Automotive Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional services are needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Request necessary parts needed for maintenance and repair. Participate in required training. Other duties as assigned What you bring to Brakes 4 Less: Passionate about cars. High School Diploma. Valid Driver’s License and own transportation. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Works well with different personalities in the work-place and a strong communicator. Knowledge of brake components and/or desire to learn. Benefits Training and mentoring program.
