Can a drone battery be rebuilt???

Help please!!! I finally found a drone that I really like and fly constantly. I have several battery packs that are failing and I cant seem to find replacements for them anywhere. So I'm wondering if somebody can either configure and replace the lipos in there housing or who might know where to go. My drone is a fimi x3 The battery model # DC01A3 Pics with info below.
