Job Description: 1. Cleaning exterior epoxy-coated and bare concrete floors using walk-behind floor scrubbers and pressure washers. 2. Cleaning interior tile and grout floors using floor scrubbers. 3. Cleaning interior commercial carpet and vinyl floors using walk-behind floor scrubbers and carpet cleaning machines. Requirements: Must presentable, professional, and drug-free Must have a good work ethic, be willing to learn, and take direction Must be able to get to the job site on time Must be physically able to walk up and down stairs Must be physically able to load and unload equipment & tools Must be able to work outside all year (much of the work areas are shaded) Must have an eye for clean. When: 8 weekdays each month (2 weekdays each week except for months that have 5 weeks), currently Mondays and Tuesdays but willing to modify week days to accommodate your schedule, between 8:00am and 4:00pm. 1 Sunday afternoon/evening every 3 months between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Where: The location is a facility in north Peoria near Lake Pleasant Pkwy between the 303 and Happy Valley Rd. Attire: Comfortable shoes, shorts or pants, t-shirt or polo shirt, and work gloves. Hats are allowed.
