Free Kittens with rehoming fee

have 4 kittens left. one yellow white stripped, one gray black stripped, 2 black with white faces. These kittens have never been outside and are litter trained. They have been living in my bathroom with the mothers that are in the TNR program. It is $65 to have them spayed or neutered. this is the only fee I am asking for. I need help, and they need a good home.
