HELPER for house remodeling, minor construction and maintenance of properties. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKROUND CHECK- THIEVES NEED NOT APPY! WORK INCLUDES: As mentioned above including use of handtools and powertools( I do most of cutting/figuring and measuring but those capable are better for me), lawn care, digging, possible auto/trailer/mechanical maintenance and repair. Need to be able to lift, climb ladders, PAINT, help with house repairs, remodeling and use basic equipment. Must be able to follow instruction and pay attention! NOT on phone or daydreaming. Need dependable and reliable- so be here and on time.
