Found kayak abandoned/washed up on Willamette bank

Found a kayak, PFD, and broken paddle washed up or abandoned along the Willamette. There was a trashed and abandoned camp nearby as well as some needles in the boat. Maybe forgotten, maybe stolen, but the area does not appear occupied for some time. If you’re missing a kayak feel free to reach out and pick it up, I’m going to throw it in my garage so it doesn’t get (re-?) stolen.
