As our Office Coordinator, you will provide outstanding service to our customers, in the office, on the phone and via e-mail. A regular day will be answering inbound calls, executing in-office retail sales and responding to various customer inquiries via e-mail. The Office Coordinator will also perform the typical duties of filing, organizing and managing office supplies.
Summary of responsibilities below:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
• Provide customers with requested fencing product information.
• Process sales transactions.
• Ensure customer interactions are properly documented in our tracking system.
• Make follow-up calls on estimates.
Qualifications/Experience
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Call center, customer service, or sales experience.
• Experience using a PC with various software packages.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred.
• Process improvement experience in office environment preferred.
