Description
Property Manager seeks part time property maintenance and cleaning services. Duties will include light repair work, including bi monthly cleaning of common areas, unclogging drains, changing lightbulbs and detector batteries / change air filters etc. Act as point of contact from time to time.
Approximately 20 Hrs per month / $500 per month.
Lots of opportunities for more work and bid jobs for my network of owners and managers.
Must have your own tools, and transportation.
