Landscaping and lawn service needed

I am looking for a landscaper for two jobs. Yard clean up, weeds and tree trimming: I have a rental property in boulder (near CU) in need of weeding tall weeds, trimming bushes and trees and mowing the lawn. This needs to be done after July 25, 2021. I will also need the gutters cleaned out. I expect this is a 8-12 hour job. Regular lawn mowing/trimming: I am looking for regular lawn service weekly at my property starting ASAP (located in East Boulder). We have 1/3 of an acre and need mowing, trimming and general clean up. I will also need the gutters cleaned up and weeding done one time. I expect there is 4-6 hours of weeding/gutters. I am looking to pay $25/hour for yard services. Please contact me for weekly mowing charges. Must have your own equipment, must pass criminal background check, no chemical use please. Thank you!
