One Mover/ helper needed July 5th Monday

Help me move a Queen size mattress and Box springs down 3 floors (stairs only, no elevator) and into a U Haul moving van. Load furniture into the U Haul from the Garage (one bedroom apt) all furniture is in the garage, I have boxes in storage at a different location that need to be loaded into the U-Haul. $20 per hour, guaranteed 5 hours.
