Just moved into a small, commercial space in Renton. Pulled our 10-burner gas range from storage and it needs some TLC. The cast iron burners have a bit of rust on them and drip trays need cleaning. Not a lot of cooked on, caked on food, but we'd love to be able to start our next food/beverage adventure from a clean slate. Please have experience taking apart and cleaning commercial kitchen equipment. Please provide rough cost estimate and experience/references if possible, with response. Initial cleaning may take 2-3 hours (?). Let me know what your availability is this week and whether you'd be interested in coming back once every 2-4 weeks or on an as-needed basis. Payment will be made by business check. Please be able to provide an invoice and paid receipt upon completion. Thanks in advance!
