Read below for more details. If all of the following statements are true then we want to hear from you: -You are a happy person. -You dislike egos and "tough guy (or girl)" mentalities. -You like puppies. -REALLY hard physical work doesn't scare you. -You want a job that has a future. -You're teachable AND coach-able. If ANY of the following statements are true then we DO NOT want to hear from you: -You are an UN-Happy person. -You hate puppies. -REALLY hard work makes you cry. -You have attitude/negativity/ego problems. -You smoke, do drugs, or are a big partier. -You look like a serial killer. Here is what this job is: You will be an assistant to the "Crew Leader" as a window cleaner. You will be trained to clean windows properly, pressure wash houses, and safely clean gutters. We offer a 3 day training and introductory course to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site. The pay starts out low (because you don't know anything yet) and will be $10 a hour. After 7 days of exceptional performance we will give you a raise to $15. We offer paid Holidays. If you are a top performer and a really great fit with our company then you will be promoted next season to "Crew Leader". Our "Crew Leaders" earn $850 a week not counting bonuses. They are VERY detail oriented. They love their jobs. They love this company. They work hard but get to work outside every day without someone standing over their shoulders.
