Replacing built in oven with a slide in one

I have 2 houses that need the built in stove replaced with ones that slide in. Here's the problem: the built ins are 27 inches wide and the slide in stoves are 30 inches wide. I need to lose 3 inches of cabinets. Also the wiring needs to be switched to an oven outlet. If you have the ability to rework cabinetry and electricity, i would love to chat.
