We are growing our family! We are looking for people that want to be a part of our team and what we do. We've been in business for over 20 years in the PNW and have an array of new positions open. Flower and shrub vegetation mgmt. Grounds maintenance, flower and shrub maintenance and care, thinning, prepping new plantings, must be able to work hard and not be afraid to get your hands in the soil, hand trimming flowers/plants and shrubs and taking care of flowering baskets and potters and beds on a regular basis while doing this being able to check drips and hand watering periodically, if needed. This position is multi faceted in the sense that you'll be going day to day and monitoring/checking vegetation and areas with plantings throughout all of Spokane on completed projects and plantings on new projects, trimming and dead heading as needed, mild shrub pruning as well and being able to spot and notify when vegetation is stressed and plant new plantings and care for existing plantings and landscaped areas, maintain flowering beds and pots and while at these customers locations monitor and check other items such as water features, ponds and gardens for customers. Keep and eye out for irrigation woes to be able to report to our irrigation technician for repair. We are local and provide many services, we work off honesty, integrity, reliability and a strongly rooted foundation of awesome customers we've been servicing since 1998. A truck and tools are provided with all necessary amenities to perform the task at hand. Great communication skills are a plus as we have many customers that are very nice. Commercial and residential properties are serviced and custom landscapes we've completed and currently working on. Must have a great attitude and be a hands on type of person, Great work outside while getting a Tan and staying active taking care of all our shrubs, flowers, vegetation that makes everything so much brighter! Pay is DOE but starts @16-17hr++ depending on your experience with vegetation/gardening/plantings, We can train but would prefer 1yr experience. We provide benefits after a probationary period. MUST have a valid drivers license and be prompt and punctual and be willing to go the extra mile as there's many other things we do that you can hop on to if we need to rotate scheduling.
