I am seeking a team of professional cleaners to employ part time and full time to my company. I am ready to hire as early as today. Should be able to clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming. Clean and supply restrooms. Remove waste and empty trash. Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected. Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies. organize janitorial storage areas. Notify supervisor about unsafe conditions and concerning the need for repairs or maintenance. Minimum education requirement is High School Diploma. Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments. Ability to follow directions from supervisor. Must be ready to demonstrate professionalism. Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with company policies.
