Property Manager/Maintenance 30 acre resort 30 minutes south of Dallas in need of an experienced landscape maintenance person who can keep the property year round. Needs experience in operating mowers, zero turn mowers, edging, chainsawing, tractors, skid steers, etc. Some experience in repair of landscape equipment is needed also. Other duties include bbq grill cleaning, fire pit cleaning, general site cleaning, firewood stacking, etc. Special projects include drainage system work, pond maintenance, weeding utility areas, wood working, etc. 40 hour work week guaranteed with possibility of more hours. This is a position that will eventually grow into a management role with more hired staff in our future plans. Please contact Paul for more information.
