Need licensed plumber for new construction

House is on pier foundation. Around 2 ft off the ground. We placed the bathrooms and utility room near the edge of the house for easy access. I prefer pvc/cpvc instead of Pex. House is a 3/2 split plan. 1300 sq ft. You HAVE to be licensed, else I would just do it. Thanks!
