looking for Drummer, ECM World Music

Established 3-piece band playing original world music looking for a drum set player. Musical sensitivity, being comfortable with odd times, and laid back personality will all be helpful. Our original music has Greek, Turkish, and American influences. We've been playing as a trio--trumpet, bass, guitar, (with some percussion and vocals occasionally)--and want to move in a bigger direction. Think ECM label or World Jazz. We don't promise well-paid gigs left and right; we enjoy playing together and people enjoy hearing us. But this music is a tough sell so we might as well expand our band, create even more interesting sounds and textures and see where we can go with it.
