Description
Seeking soulful trio – need bass/vocalist, drum/vocalist
Time for a new project! A Diverse Trio.
I’m a 69yo cis white guy, with a hippie soul, and a professional persona. I’d like to form and front a new band, perhaps just a trio. I’ve been playing music as my vocation all my life so far.
You play bass and sing and write. Or you play drums and sing and write. I play guitar and some other stuff and sing.
We harmonize frequently in most delightful ways.
I imagine a trio, being the ‘house band’ on Sunday afternoons, as a goal. Interested?
There’s been a Sunday Band up at Pappy’s for many years, and now about to return. The hi desert cosmic folk rock scene, I guess. I would love to re-create that vibe somewhere here in the Coachella Valley. Like the Tack Room? Someplace like that. Develop a following, play every Sunday from like 4 to 7. Meet other players, connect, invite, synthesize, support.
Though my soul is in the hi desert, I’m banished to the valley, though grateful to be in Bermuda Dunes. I’ve got a comfortable set up for rehearsal.
I’d love to connect with some cosmic musicians and explore most every genre, covering uniquely and writing. Gentle energetic soulful music, welcoming and with gratitude.
