We have an immediate opening for a reliable skilled Handyman or Maintenance Technician to undertake Residential services at DFW area. Responsibilities: The handyman will need to have expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling, including but not limited to framing/drywall/texture/painting, electric, plumbing, flooring, basic HVAC troubleshooting, minor appliance repair and make ready etc. Skills and Qualifications: • At least 3 years handyman or maintenance working experience • Must have own tools fit for many job types and reliable transportation • Extremely organized with excellent time management skill • Must be able to work independently or with a crew • Must pass screening process which includes a background check Compensation: 1099 $18-$25 plus car allowance.
