Plumber/ Service Tech Experienced only. Prefer experience in service call repairs/replacements. Helpful if experience in installing and drain work as well. We are a property management/ property owner company. It is fine if you have another job and do our work after hours and weekends, or its fine if you have other clients that you work for as well Must have own transportation tools, we have all the large sewer machines if needed. Part time could be full time Helpful if have electrical experience, hvac helpful as well not necessary Some work is in rehab work of purchase homes.
