Neighbors are hosting a Spanish/ Latin 4th of July Event in a public parking lot today / tonight and since there's no permit and is being held in a public parking lot must be okay for others to attend - Spanish Music and Bounce House And Fire works oh my! Right behind the Angels Nursing office which is there parking lot and again these neighbors have no permit however they did get a outdoor portable bathroom !
